Tax Advisory Senior Manager – Dublin
An expanding Dublin practice with a global network behind it is adding a Senior Manager to its tax advisory team. The firm has grown steadily, has firm plans to keep building its tax offering in Ireland, and offers hybrid working across all roles.
This is a senior advisory role rather than a compliance one. You’ll lead advisory work for a mixed portfolio of companies and groups, several with complex affairs, with a strong focus on deals: reviewing due diligence findings, advising on how transactions are structured and financed, and guiding clients through completion and integration.
International businesses make up a key part of the client base, so expect a steady mix of Irish and cross-border advisory issues. As Senior Manager you’ll be the lead adviser day to day, working alongside legal and finance advisers and reporting into the directors and partners.
Beyond client work, you’ll help run the advisory team: shaping how it operates, mentoring juniors, contributing to proposals and pitches, and helping bring in and keep good people. It would suit an experienced tax advisory manager ready for that step up, or a current Senior Manager looking for more influence.
