Verde Search is partnering with a well-regarded Irish practice that is growing steadily and has ambitious plans to expand further in the mid-market. They are adding an Audit Associate Director to their South Dublin team, a senior role with real scope to progress. You’ll be the main point of contact for your own portfolio of clients, lead the most complex engagements and support the partners in winning new work. It would suit an experienced Audit Senior Manager ready for the step up, or an Associate Director looking for a clearer route forward.
💥 As Audit Associate Director you will:
Lead, review and sign off complex audits to a high standard, on time and on budget
Act as the trusted adviser to a portfolio of clients
Oversee planning, resourcing, budgets, billing and recoverability
Support the partners with proposals, tenders and new business
Mentor and develop managers and senior staff, and contribute to succession planning
💥 You’ll be someone who:
Is ACA or ACCA qualified with 4+ years’ PQE auditing Irish companies
Has led and developed audit teams
Brings the commercial insight to be a genuine business adviser to clients
Is confident presenting to senior management and writing clear reports
Stays calm and organised with multiple competing priorities
