📏 Size | Sizeable Dublin team with plenty of support from senior managers and directors
🎯 Areas | A varied run of audits, from owner-led companies to larger international groups
📍 Based | Dublin

💰 Offer | €68,000 - €75,000 + structured progression to Senior Manager
The work is varied: you’ll plan and run your own small and medium-sized audits and take charge of sections of the firm’s bigger engagements, with senior managers and directors close by for support. Clients range across sectors and sizes, so no two jobs look alike. The firm invests in digital audit tools and in its people, which makes this a strong next move for an existing Manager who has already been running jobs and is ready for the title.
What you’ll be doing:
Planning, running and wrapping up audits from start to finish
Directing and reviewing the team’s work and the financial statements
Being the go-to contact for client finance teams on your jobs
Keeping budgets, billing and cash collection on track
Delegating well, giving feedback and helping your team develop
Who it suits:
ACA or ACCA qualified with external audit experience gained in an Irish Audit Firm
Comfortable leading jobs and teams, and knowing when to consult or escalate
Organised enough to juggle several assignments and deadlines at once
Those with Irish Audit Managerial experience to guide audit seniors and associates
At ease with electronic audit platforms (Caseware is a plus, not a must)
