Looking for a broader portfolio and a firm where your next step is visible? Verde Search is recruiting an Audit Senior Manager for a Top 10 practice that has grown quickly in recent years and continues to win new mid-market clients, both Irish and international. You’ll run your own engagements day to day, act as the main contact for your clients and lead the managers and teams who deliver the work, with directors and partners on hand when you need them. The firm actively develops its people, so this is a good move for a Manager ready to step up or a Senior Manager who wants more variety and a clearer path ahead.
💥 Day to day you’ll be:
Looking after your own client portfolio and keeping relationships strong year-round
Running complex audits and reviewing files and financial statements
Managing budgets, resourcing, billing and recoverability on your jobs
Getting involved in proposals and pitches for new work
Coaching your managers and teams and helping them progress
💥 We’re looking for:
ACA or ACCA qualified
Strong external audit experience at Senior Manager level
Confidence leading complex engagements and running a portfolio
Good commercial sense and client skills
Experience managing and developing a team
